Hsin-Yi Chang is a senior arts manager from Taiwan who actively initiates intercultural collaborations between Taiwan and Europe. Chang has worked successfully on international projects for Legend Lin Dance Theatre (Théâtre national de Chaillot, Maison de la Danse, Maison de la culture d'Amiens, Hong Kong World Cultures Festival, APAP, Palacio de Bellas Artes), Taishin Bank Foundation for Arts and Culture (Taishin Arts Award), Standard Chartered Bank (Corporate Affairs) and Taipei Fine Arts Museum (Mobilité, sons et formes - GRAME Lyon) from 2004 to 2010.

 

With a wealth of experience in cultural exchanges, Chang started her own arts management business in 2011 as independent production manager and has been collaborating with government organizations and prominent performing arts companies such as the Ministry of Culture Taiwan, Centre Culturel de Taïwan à Paris, A l'est du nouveau Theatre Alliance, Legend Lin Dance Theatre, Ten Drum Art Percussion Group, Anarchy Dance Theatre , B.DANCE,  T.T.C. Dance, Möbius Strip Theatre, HORSE and many more. Chang has established long-term collaborations with the above organizations, including the Taishin Bank Foundation for Arts and Culture and Ten Drum Culture Creative Co. Ltd. for international multidisciplinary projects such as the Artist-in-Residency Project, annual festivals in Spring/Autumn and the industrial heritage preservation project.

 

Since 2010, Chang is based in Germany and initiated tours in Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Poland, Russia and international arts projects between Europe, Taiwan and other Asian countries. 

 

張欣怡，來自台灣的資深藝術經理人，活躍於國際間跨文化的合作鏈結。深信藝術創作之所以能令人感動，是源自創作者真誠的面對自身，引發觀者的心靈共鳴和對於真、善、美的嚮往。其真誠的溝通及豐富的交流經驗，加上多語言的優勢，於2004至2010年間先後於台灣無垢舞蹈劇場及財團法人台新銀行文化藝術基金會任職，其後與英商渣打銀行及台北市立美術館合作，主要負責上述機溝之國際交流及社會企業公民責任有關的項目。

 

2011年起旅居德國，2011至2016年間以獨立藝術經理人的身份，於歐陸努力推動台灣藝術文化與歐陸多個重要藝術節、劇院的交流展演（法國亞維儂外圍藝術節、英國愛丁堡藝穗節、法國里昂國際舞蹈節、法國國立夏佑宮劇院、法國新東向藝術網絡、德國德勒斯登赫勒勞歐洲藝術中心…等。）。以建構推廣平台為核心，與多個表演藝術創作者及團體為平台協同夥伴，如台灣十鼓擊樂團、安娜琪舞蹈劇場、張婷婷獨立製作、驫舞劇場、丞舞製作及驫舞劇場等。另外，也曾和文化外交單位及私人機構長期合作，如台灣巴黎文化中心、財團法人台新銀行文化藝術基金會等，亦包括十鼓文創股份有限公司，負責其國際交流及專案項目（國際藝術家進駐園區邀請委創計畫、工業遺產論壇及春、秋兩季藝術節）。
