Po-Cheng TSAI, choreographer and Artistic director of B.DANCE. After graduating from Taipei National University of the Arts, he furthered his study in Broadway Dance Center, New York in 2007. During his stay in New York he was also invited by an American Choreographer Gregory Dolbashina, to perform his dance “ REVER ” at Alvin Ailey Studio as well as at Hudson Theater for Merce Cunningham’s piece Duets.

His works are unique and diverse, which combine dance theatre and physical technique naturally. He was selected as one of the Taiwanese Representatives in 2010 Asian Young Choreographer Project. His solo/duet dance work Floating Flowers won double prizes at the 28th Hannover International Competition for Choreographers 2014 for Audience Award and Gauthier Dance/Stuttgart Theater Production Award; this dance work also won the Choice Award in Taiwan’s National Creative Dance Competition 2013. Floating Flowers was invited to China Dance Forward 2014 in Hong Kong, Guangdong Dance Festival in Guangzhou, Beijing Dance Festival and has been touring on the worldwide stage.

Po-cheng serves as Guest Choreographer in different dance companies and professional dance schools such as Kaohsiung City Ballet, Chang Dance Company, Taipei Physical Education College, Tsoying Senior High School and among others.

蔡博丞，編舞者、專職舞蹈教師，現為丞舞製作團隊藝術總監。畢業於台灣國立台北藝術大學，2007年赴美國紐約百老匯舞蹈中心習舞。其作品結合自身的生命經驗，感性細緻中帶詼諧感，舞蹈語彙獨特，風格詭譎多變，同時融合了劇場、舞蹈和極限的肢體動作。 2010年，他獲選為國際青年編舞營的台灣代表之一。

其單、雙人舞作品《浮花》榮獲多項國內外大獎肯定：2014年《第28屆德國漢諾威國際編舞大賽》之德國斯圖加特高堤耶舞團製作獎及觀眾票選獎、舞躍大地舞蹈創作比賽優勝獎。獲獎後，各界邀約不斷，2014年連續獲邀至香港《中國舞蹈向前看》、中國《廣東現代舞週》以及《北京舞蹈雙週》藝術節中演出。

博丞亦受聘為多個職業舞團及舞蹈學校的客席編舞者，如高雄城市芭蕾舞團、長弓舞蹈劇場、台北體育學院和高雄市立左營高中等。
